Very little. You’ll need to give us access to your info during onboarding, show up for interviews we schedule, and communicate when needed. We handle the rest.

We will send applications for you UNTIL you land a role. If you cannot land a role within 90 days we will work for free until you do. There is no limit to this. We will work for as long as needed to land you a role, but we are of course incentivised to land you a role ASAP (which is our main focus!).
