You may not use our Services if prohibited by applicable law or if we have previously suspended or removed you.

Remote Work Community Memberships (monthly or annual subscription)

Coaching & Training Programs

Done-For-You (DFY) Services for job applications and LinkedIn profile/resume optimization

Digital Resources & Courses

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without liability.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain Services.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.

DFY services and coaching packages are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We provide tools, strategies, and resources intended to help you achieve your goals. However:

We do not guarantee you will secure employment, earn a specific income, or achieve any particular result.

Your success depends on your own actions, skills, and circumstances.

Our Done-For-You remote job guarantee works as follows:
We will send applications on clients behalf for up to 3 months. If the client has not secured a remote job in that time, we will continue sending applications until the client does.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Website and in our Services are owned by or licensed to LVRGD.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Harass, abuse, or harm others within the community.

Upload malicious software or attempt to disrupt our systems.

Share your membership login with non-members.

LVRGD and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
